Biography:
Ms. Barlow is an experienced bankruptcy paralegal who works closely with Mr. Kennedy to ensure the best possible legal representation of the firm’s clients. Having worked closely with a Chapter 7 Trustee for many years, she is extremely knowledgeable about bankruptcy law and procedure. Ms. Barlow is an important part of NNK Legal Group.
Barbara is the main point of contact for clients with questions about their case or with information that needs to be received by the office. She schedules appointments and telephone conferences with Mr. Kennedy. Barbara’s many responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of bankruptcy filings as well as motions and responses that are filed during the pendency of the case. Barbara is also in constant contact with the Clerk’s office, the staff of the various Trustees, and the offices of creditor attorneys to resolve issues that arise during a client’s case so that a Discharge in Bankruptcy can be obtained.
