Breach of Fiduciary Duty

A fiduciary duty is a set duty that a person owes someone or owes a business. In a business, fiduciary duties encompass the duty of loyalty, the duty of care and the duty of disclosure. Someone owing a fiduciary duty to a business must act in the best interest of the business. Members of the Board of Directors of a corporation owe a fiduciary duty to the corporation. Other members of the company may also have fiduciary duties such as high-level management.

If you suspect that a person in your business is guilty of breaching their fiduciary duty by acting against the interests of the business, you may have a claim and should contact an attorney immediately. We will work hard to investigate your suspicions and protect your business.
