Products Liability

Products liability is about holding manufacturers responsible for defects in products ranging from cars to household appliances. Product defects can often cause harm or injury to the consumer, through regular use of the product. Product liability cases also include but are not limited to hospital equipment, lawnmowers, side rails, prescription drugs and/or exposures to chemicals. Product liability is considered to be “strict liability” offense meaning the intention of the manufacturer is irrelevant, and the manufacturer will be held liable for the harm or injury caused by the defect.

If you have been injured or harmed due to a specific product, you may have a cause of action for a products liability suit. Contact an NNK attorney at 972-939-4878 today for a free initial consultation and to determine whether or not you have a valid claim.
